Shipping Policy
How your watch gets from us to you.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Modded builds may take slightly longer if final finishing is required — you'll be notified by email if so.
Shipping & tracking
We ship nationwide within the United States via USPS, with delivery in 2–5 business days and tracking on every order. Tracking details are emailed once your package is scanned in. Shipping is $12 flat, and free on orders over $300.
Packaging
Every watch is shipped protected and discreetly packaged.
Local pickup
Local meetups are available in and around Winston-Salem, NC. DM us on Instagram @ShockedUp.ws with your order number and a time/date to meet. We usually reply within 1 hour.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
